Rally Pledge Reports

Download Your Pledge Reports & Follow Up with Supporters!

A key part of Rally for the Y is ensuring that every pledge turns into a donation for your YMCA. Our system records pledges (promises to donate), not actual donations, so it’s important to follow up with supporters to ensure their contributions are fulfilled.

Where to Find Your Pledge Reports:
Pledge reports are now available in Back Office, where we’ve streamlined the process into easy-to-download spreadsheets. Follow the step by step guide provided below.

Supporters Will Receive Email Reminders:
This week, all supporters will receive an official email outlining:

  • The total amount they pledged based on their rider’s performance.

  • Where to go to fulfill their donation to their YMCA.

Take Action:
We encourage your team to personally follow up with each supporter to ensure pledges are turned into donations. A quick reminder from your YMCA can make all the difference in securing these vital funds!

How to Download Rally for the Y Data

(1) Login to the Back Office - Linked Here

(2) Click “Tournaments”

(3) Click on the “Rally for the Y ‘25”

(4) Select which team you’d like to download a report for. (You might have only one option, some YMCA associations have multiple)

(5) Click “Pledgers”

(6) Select “Download”. This will generate a report for you that has the following information:

  • Rider’s information (i.e. name, screen name, email, miles completed)

  • Pledger’s Information (i.e. Name, Display name, Pledge per Mile or Flat Pledge amount, email, phone number, address)

We believe this report is the most useful for your team to follow up with pledgers, however, there are a few other ways to download information to track all of your corporate sponsor’s pledges if they’d like a breakdown of their donation and reports by individual riders Or pledgers to track their compiled list of pledges earned or pledges committed.
