How do I find my Serial Number?
Bikes with GojiPlay Software:
Your bike’s serial number is located in the bottom left corner at the login screen.
Expresso GO Series
If your bike has a touchscreen, you can locate the serial number in the following way:
Tap the hamburger menu in the top right of the home screen.
Select "Bike Settings."
Locate your serial number at the bottom/center of the screen above the power button.
Your serial number will likely start with GOU, GOR or CC3 and be followed by 5 numbers. Please see the following example.
Expresso HD and Older Bikes
For legacy bikes the serial number can typically be found directly on the homescreen. Look for a number with the HD or S3 prefix. Please see the following example.
