Here at Blue Goji we put care and passion and precision into every bike we build. As our customer, we hope you never need to use your warranty, but we understand that things happen when you are leading, innovating and pushing boundaries. We are committed to our customers and our products.

This document outlines the warranty coverage provided by Blue Goji to our customers in the United States and Canada for Expresso GO and CyberCycle (CC3) products.

How does my warranty work?

Your warranty begins once your bike has been installed, registered and subscribed to eLive Plus, and will continue for a maximum of three (3) years from date of registration or installation (whichever is earlier), subject to the terms described here. Bikes must be on surge protection, connected to the internet and maintain a continuous eLive Plus subscription without interruption in order to be covered. Any lapse in the eLive Plus subscription will result in the termination of the warranty at that point. After three (3) years you can choose to continue eLive Plus service, but your warranty coverage will not exceed three (3) years

(Note: eLive Plus is our content subscription service. It is not warranty coverage.)

What is covered by my warranty?

Warranty coverage on Blue Goji products includes parts  and computer coverage. Basic wear & tear parts are covered for 120 days. Basic wear and tear parts include seats (incl levers & adjustment), pedals/pedal straps, game controllers/buttons, cup holders, and phone trays.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in your purchase contract: (a) within the 48 contiguous United States, associated labor is included for three (3) years; (b) within select approved regions in Alaska, Hawaii and Canada, associated labor is included for one (1) year; and (c) labor is not included for any other region or country.

What is not covered by my warranty?

If something breaks that is easy to fix, we will send you the part at no charge but the associated labor will not be covered. Self-installable parts include, but are not limited to seats, seat knobs, pedals and pedal straps.

Any damage, failure or loss caused by accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, theft, or failure to follow instructions or warnings in the owner's manual.

We will assist as best we can, however, a customer’s internet connection to a reliable network is the responsibility of the customer.

What will void my warranty?

You must maintain a continuous eLive Plus subscription for the duration of your warranty. Any lapse in eLive Plus subscription will result in the termination of your warranty.  

Any bike not eligible for eLive Plus (including any disconnected unit) is not eligible for warranty coverage.

Make sure you keep your bikes on surge protectors (minimum of 400 joules). Your warranty will be voided if the product is ever plugged into a power source that is not surge protected.

Keep your product clean. Your warranty will be voided if the product is not kept clean and in a dust-free environment or submerged.

Talk to our support team. If a customer elects to repair a defective product by themselves, in-house technician or use the services of someone other than an Blue Goji authorized dealer and/or service provided, or if the customer uses a replacement part not supplied by Blue Goji, then Blue Goji will not be liable for any damage, failure or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts.​

What if I need warranty service?

Please contact Blue Goji support Monday through Friday 6am to 4pm PST.

Warranty service will be performed by Blue Goji or a Blue Goji authorized dealer or service provider. Blue Goji will have the option of either repair or replace at no charge for any defective product. In the event Blue Goji elects to replace a defective frame, a new frame of equal or greater value will be provided. The new frame may not be the exact model purchased.​

What if my bike is out of warranty and I need new parts?

We have partnered with Champion Fitness to provide ongoing support for out of warranty products. Champion Fitness is owned and operated by a highly experienced team who has a great deal of technical experience and expertise. Champion Fitness will be able to offer you many more choices and additional savings on new parts, re-manufactured parts, advanced exchanges & repairs, components sales and tiered warranties.

The Legal Stuff

The foregoing warranties are in lieu of and exclude all other warranties not expressly set forth herein, whether express or implied by operation of law or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability for a particular purpose.

Blue Goji shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential losses, damages or expenses in connection with its products. Blue Goji’ liability hereunder is expressly limited to the replacement of goods not complying with this warranty or, at Blue Goji’s election, to the repayment of an amount equal to the purchase price of the product in question.​

The validity, performance, and construction of these terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America and the State of Texas as applied to transactions taking place wholly within Texas between Texas residents. The U.N. Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically excluded from application.
